Founded in 2009, Spirit of Texas is a craft distillery dedicated to fermenting, distilling, aging and bottling premium spirits that capture the essence of what it means to embody the spirit of a Texan: All spirits produced are top shelf, independent, have character, can stand on their own, and deliver on what they promise. They are derived from only the finest quality ingredients, following uncompromised old-school processes, using custom-built hybrid stills in small batch production. The distillery never cuts corners and only ships product when it tastes right to the most discriminating palates in the entire world: their own. Products include Pfluger Single Malt Whiskey--a gold medal winner in every competition entered since first released in 2016; Pecan Street Rum, the only gold rum in the world oak-aged with shelled Texas Pecans; and Straight Silver Rum, an unaged white rum whose taste rivals the complexity of a fine tequila and simplicity of a well-behaved vodka. Currently only offered in Texas, Spirit of Texas products are available at more than 1,200 liquor stores, lounges, nightclubs, restaurants and bars.
