Their line of small-batch acharr (aka “Indian Pickles”) are a relish-like spread that brings a combination of heat, sweet and spice to dishes. Having seen the success of other global condiments in the American market (think Sriracha, kimchi paste and gochujang), the brand’s creators hope to bring a new condiment to market.
