Position Summary: Bobo’s VP of Operations oversees the Supply Chain function.  This includes direct oversight of the Sourcing/Procurement, Quality, Production, Warehousing, Distribution and Customer Service functions.  The position holder must be able to operate at both the very tactical and strategic levels, helping resolving daily issues in each function as well as building the Operations plan for the coming 12-36 months.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: -          Develop and execute of the Operations Financial Plan
-          Identify opportunities for efficiency and cost enhancement and lead action to realize improvements
-          Collaborate with Leadership Team members to identify key risks and opportunities
-          Oversee the company S&OP Process
-          Coach and develop direct reports
-          Manage Operations Scorecard and Metric reporting
-          Set tangible goals for each function to achieve as part of broader metric results
-          Serve as Operations representative for New Product Development and Commercialization processes
-          Manage Operations Capex Budget to optimize processes and accommodate capacity needs
-          Manage supplier relationships

Supervisory Responsibility: The VP of Operations has a total of 5 salaried direct reports and serves as the 2-up manager for a broader team.

Qualification Summary: -          7-9 years of Manufacturing Leadership experience, particularly in the Food Industry
-          Project Management experience desired
-          Previous experience working for CPG company between $5-100MM preferred
-          Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
-          Strong team building skills and ability to motivate others
-          Team-player mindset and willingness to collaborate
-          Willing to take responsibility and act independently when necessary

Education / Experience Desired: -          Bachelors Degree in Business or Engineering preferred
-          Masters Degree not required but preferred

Language/Mathematical/Reasoning Ability: -          Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
-          Must be able to assemble large amounts of information in a consolidated manner
-          Must be able to work with ambiguity

Supervision Given: -          This position will report directly to the company CEO

Travel Required: Travel can vary between 10-25% based upon vendor, equipment and trade show demands
