Retail & Foodservice Growth Manager

Zest Tea

Lead offline growth of our bagged tea in retail and foodservice channels.

Retail Management Expectations

  • Develop and execute promotional programs and activities with our 2,000+ stores and build meaningful relationships with buyers, retail teams, and distributors

  • Identify new areas of retail growth and travel as needed to meetings, trade shows, and events

Foodservice Management Expectations

  • Grow distributor orders by getting Zest into offices and their foodservice providers

  • Support current office coffee service providers with samples, key account meetings, etc

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in a fast-moving, high-growth startup or small business

  • BA/BS degree from a credible university

  • Strong project management skills

  • Analytical skills (like data modeling) and business insight

  • A sh*t ton of hustle

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in sales/account management in a food and beverage company

  • Experience in project management / product management / brand management launching products

  • Excel wizardry
