We’re a team of motivated and tenacious go getters operating out of Boston and aiming to take our premium spirits up and down the East Coast. We are seeking a like-minded individual to hop on board by bringing their own ideas to the table (or bar) and sharing this vision throughout Eastern Connecticut and Rhode Island.

Summary

Bully Boy is seeking an enthusiastic and entrepreneurially minded spirits fanatic to act as a full time Field Sales Rep to our Eastern Connecticut and Rhode Island markets. As a rep, you will manage your own line of business with the ultimate goals of finding and building strong client relationships with key accounts and distribution partners. This position reports to the sales director and Bully Boy ownership.

Responsibilities

- Create and manage your own schedule by identifying, contacting and visiting on and off premise accounts in order spread awareness, build client relationships and drive sales

- Work closely with distribution partner sales team to see sales efforts through to delivery

- Schedule and conduct on and off premise brand building events with retailer staff, consumers and Bully Boy team

- Create displays in retail accounts to promote Bully Boy

- Weekly communication of schedule (schedule for the week laid out on Monday, results and next steps discussed on Friday)

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

- Must be based in Connecticut or Rhode Island

- Have a Bachelor’s Degree

- 0-2 years of sales experience or 1-2 years of experience working in the food/beverage industry (bar or store manager, bartender…etc)

- Experience working with Excel and Microsoft Office

- Self-starting attitude with a strong work ethic

- Have the physical ability to lift cases of product when needed

- Passion and knowledge for the spirits industry

- Reliable personal transportation and valid US driver’s license
