Core Responsibilities

Develop relationships with key personnel at store level

• Gain incremental space, secondary placements and displays to maximize sales

• Develop relationships with Regional Merchandising Managers and Retail Operations Teams in     key accounts to drive in-store execution and gain alignment on incremental sales opportunities

• Actively work with distributor sales reps to support current accounts and open new accounts

• Eliminate distribution voids and enhance brand presence to win on shelf

• Develop a penetration plan by Channel and Chain Account

• Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly goals and performance metrics

• Develop presentations and present to management , buyers and decision makers

• Submit weekly, monthly reports to management

• Work within promotional budget guidelines to increase sales

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve goals

• Represent the brand at tradeshows

Qualifications

• Passion and commitment in building a global brand

• High energy self starter

• Strong organizational skils

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work in a mobile environment and navigate assigned territory (extensive local travel with some overnight trips)

• Preferred 5 years field sales & merchandising experience in CPG industry

• Preferred 4-year College or University Degree

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook)

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

• Clean driving record and reliable personal transportation
