The best Organic iced tea company around,  based in the San Francisco area, is looking for a Broker or Salesperson who can effectively expedite Military Sales Contracts, and who has a proven track record of successfully selling products within the military and government market categories. 


Job Description:  Military Sales Manager

• Responsible for Managing Key Military Accounts

• Responsible for Managing Military Distribution Partners

• Responsible for Developing Military Sales Plan

• Responsible for Securing new business


Skills needed:

• Strong Problem solving skills

• Strong Negotiation Skills

• Strong Communication skills

• Strong Presentation skills

• Proven experience in Building Relationships

• Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint and Word

• Able to interpret and act on relevant data

• Understand Merchandise techniques


Duties:

• Develop relationship with Key Military Account Buyers and Operational team

• Develop relationship with Military Distribution Partners

• Understand Military Market dynamics and develop grass root relationships

• Monitor results weekly and create weekly sales report plan

• Develop a penetration plan by Channel and Chain Account

• Monitor Channel penetration and Sales monthly

• Report weekly results to your manager


Qualifications:

• 3-5 years’ experience in the beverage industry; preference will be given to those with beverage sales or consumer product goods experience
