Your mission will be to drive product sales, distribution, availability, and awareness in the market place. The position requires a self - starter with a high degree of initiative, the ability to work effectively in varied retail settings, and the ability to be successful in achieving aggressive sales goals. You must have Excellent interpersonal communication skills, and be able to multi-task at an expeditious rate, while staying very organized, are essential. Time management skills are necessary to be able to be successful and produce quality results.    

Job Description:

  • Prospect and develop new accounts
  • Build existing accounts by using consultative, fact based selling techniques
  • Maximize distribution and secure and expand retail space by utilizing brand functionality, and profitability
  • Merchandise Go Fast in accounts as needed
  • Schedule and participate in “periodic work with” with distributor sales personnel weekly
  • Attend and manage in store promotions
  • Assist in Sales meetings with distributor sales teams
  • Participate in Trade shows and Events
  • Produce weekly goal and performance reports
  • Attend retailer resets when necessary
  • Assist in marketing campaigns
  • Assist in planning & scheduling of sampling events
  • Sharing of best practices

Required Skills

  • Must have basic computer skills and knowledge
  • Must have knowledge in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, along with strong listening abilities
  • Strong time management and organizational skills and ability to multi task
  • Strong competitive intelligence


  • A minimum of 2 years’ business to business selling experience (preferably in CPG or beverage)
  • Successful, proven record of accomplishment of sales
  • Must have a valid Driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Flexibility within the 40-hour work week
  • Availability to work some weekends
  • Ability to lift 25 – 30 lbs.
  • Some travel required
