We are currently looking to hire a career-minded candidate for the position of Sales Account Administrator.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Sales Account Administrator will provide administrative support to the Grocery Account Manager, Customer Account Manager, and Sales department.  You will build and maintain strong account relationships and serve as a key growth advisor for our customers. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for performing all tasks in support of the day-to-day administrative duties including but not limited to; new item forms, promotional calendars, inventory management, etc.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Actively increase growth, ensure retention, and deliver satisfaction to key accounts;
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the sales department;
  • Develop sales leads for new clients and manages existing customer accounts;
  • Assisting with preparations of proposals and client email follow-ups;
  • Prepare/complete paperwork for distributors, DSD, Foodservice, & Grocery accounts;
  • Respond to incoming phone calls and e-mail inquiries;
  • Operate as point of contact for sales accounts, screen and forward calls;
  • Partner with sales department to meet and exceed customers' service expectations;
  • Maintain current sales account contact information;
  • Assist with the scheduling of appointments as needed;
  • Data entry as needed;
  • Prepare reports and sales analysis as needed;
  • Scan, file, shred, and perform other office duties as needed;
 
ROLE QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Fluent in spoken and written English;
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook);
  • QuickBooks experience;
  • CRM Software experience;
  • Ability to communicate in a professional and clear verbal manner. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills is a must. Ability to listen effectively;
  • Detail oriented and organized;
  • 2-4 years Administrative experience preferred;
  • Sales experience on national level;
