Top Level Management:

  • Call on 5 or more chains / key accounts, responsible for chain programs in these accounts, sales, customer relations. 
  • Manage high level foodservice accounts, wholesalers, and College & University outlets with KAMs.
  • Manage district managers for key accounts in their territory, working from top down in large accounts. 


  • Send Rockstar newsletter to all distributor branches for which you are directly responsible; 
  • Random chain audits.   For example a dedicated 7/11 day to check vaults, POS, pricing, POGs, etc. Report back to Rockstar Sales Coordinators / Regional Manager.
  • Forecasting product requirements and sales orders for innovation launches, and "must carry SKUs " ; 
  • Assist Sales Coordinator and VP with weekly performance calls.


  • Maintain constant communication with TSMs, USMs, Market Directors, KAMs (your distributor management team)
  • Communicate daily with Rockstar Sales Coordinators and Rockstar Regional Manager/Regional VP
  • Keep updated distributor contact lists, route lists, call day reports, membership account report
  • Work closely with distributor admin to attain 30, 60, 90 day reports relevant to Rockstar business (innovation, voids, distribution, shelf contracts, food service, etc.).
  • Must attend all local launch meetings, you will be presenting our blitz launches, documents, and other useful materials. Schedule these meetings and attend with the local Rockstar sales reps.
  • Meet with TSMs daily / weekly, meet with USM at least twice a month, communicate SOS issues, PSR issues, how we can help to increase business, support, etc.
  • Communicate market analysis with distributor, struggling markets, good / bad.
  • Maintain the relationship between Distributor and Rockstar (sales rep issues on both sides).
  • Work with Rockstar sales coordinator to obtain chain reports, market analysis reports, etc. 
  • Actively communicating with Rockstar sales rep on a daily basis.
