Blossom Brothers is an innovative and premium Botanical-Infused Wine Spritzer developed by a team of professionals who have previously launched and scaled several now-iconic brands. Our opportunity is to cross-over the broad appeal of wine into a wider usage occasion, and our plans are to distribute and market along with craft beers and flavored malt beverages. We're based in the Pacific Northwest and initially launching on the west coast in May 2017

We're searching for the right person to manage sales and drive consumer engagement in our core Pac Northwest market. The ideal candidate will have direct experience and a successful track record with the beverage distributors and key trade and channels (On and Off Premise) in the market area. Experience launching a new brand or new territory is really preferred.

More than anything we're looking for someone who shares our entrepreneurial spirit, is motivated to build great products, and is driven to be a market leader (even if they have to create that market!). This is a new position and a ground floor oportunity to be part of something special. 

What You'll do:

Manage a large craft beer distributor network in their early stages of a new product launch

Work directly with the major retail trade to gain shelf distribution and execute programs to manage growth

Lead distributor sales teams to build presence in strategic On Premise outlets

Plan, coordinate, and execute promotions and events to for brand discovery and trial sampling

Participate in the development of brand strategies and plans

Monitor distributor inventories and provide projections for manufacturing

Actively monitor, respond, and communicate competitive trends and significant activity

Be the face of the brand and primary ambassador

 

What you'll need:

5+ years experience in the craft beer / beverage industry with a record of success in the Pac NW market

A Bachelors degree or comparable professional experience

Working knowledge and contacts with the key retail trade

A thorough understanding of the 3-tier system

A passionate desire to work within a small entrepreneurial group to build a new business

Computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite

Strong presentation skills

Instinctively good trainer and motivator

Valid drivers licence free from DUI's 

Ability to travel extensively
