SEATTLE — Mesa de Vida, the brand that makes chef-developed, 100% real-food concentrated cooking bases inspired by vibrant cultures from around the world, is thrilled to partner with Whole30. As an official Whole30 Approved Partner, Mesa de Vida aims to make it simple for busy, health-conscious consumers, especially those with a love of ethnic cuisines and exciting flavors, to cook more delicious, clean-ingredient, from-scratch meals on their Whole30 program and beyond.

Launched in early 2017, Mesa de Vida (Table of Life in Spanish) versatile cooking sauces and flavor bases can be used as a recipe starter, simmer or slow cooker sauce, no-sugar marinade and glaze, or dolloped on as an all-purpose seasoning to bring exciting flavor to everything you cook. Created by Chef Kirsten Helle Sandoval, seen on Food Network, the cover of Woman’s Day and Women’s World magazines, is a personal chef to professional athletes, and a chef spokesperson for wholesome food brands.
