Duke’s Boulder-based maker of freshly crafted, made-from-scratch smoked meats announces that it will unveil new products at Expo West.
Duke’s new brisket line includes 100% grass-fed brisket steak. The brisket line will be available in three flavors, including Chipotle BBQ, Honey Bourbon and Traditional Sea Salt in 2.5 oz. bags. Products are expected to be in available in April/May.
Duke’s new Cajun Style Andouille Smoked Shorty Sausages are smoked with real hickory hardwood and a special blend of Cajun spices. The new product offering will be available this spring or summer in 5 oz. bags.
Hickory Peach BBQ will be added as an extension to the popular Shorty single-serve snack line. Shortys are gluten free with no hormones or nitrates added.
Duke’s also announces its products are now being sold in select Whole Foods stores.
