Sample Station: Showcase Your Product
A popular piece of NOSH Live is the discovery and sampling of new and emerging packaging food products. The Sample Station is an opportunity for brands to showcase their new and innovative products at no additional cost beyond registration for the conference. This is your chance to showcase your brand and gain valuable feedback from industry veterans and peers.
Actionable FeedbackReceive actionable feedback from the people that matter; innovators and leaders within the food industry. Sample your product in a safe environment, where constructive criticism is encouraged and an important piece of the program.
Place your product in the hands of industry gate keepers, investors, retailers, and respected consultants. This is not a selling show. This is a show to gain industry exposure, create crucial relationships, and garner advice.
Quality ConversationsAchieve higher quality conversations and advice. Enhance your engagement, and learn from other attendees through sampling and trying other products.
Guidelines for Sampling
What is the Sample Station?
The NOSH Live Winter 2017 Sample Station is your chance to have your product sampled at the conference. It is an area at the event that showcases new, innovative, and successful food and beverage brands.
How does sampling work?
You will not need to personally sample your product. Product will be displayed at the unmanned Sampling Stations and will be replenished by our staff. It is designed this way to augment your networking efforts, and to not be a distraction.
How can you participate?
Once you're registered for the conference, the only thing we need is some information about your product. There is limited space, so please fill out the application ASAP. Your brand will be added to our list of Sample Station participants on a first come, first served basis.
Who can apply to sample?
Participation is free and open to all registered NOSH Live attendees. We recognize that some products are still in the development phase, and encourage attendees to share what they have put together thus far, regardless if label design or packaging formats are not representative of the final version.
Are there restrictions on the type of product?
All product types are allowed to sample. We will have refrigerators and freezers for products that need them. We can also make accommodations for products that need to be heated, or have specific serving requirements.
How much do you bring?
Each brand may bring up to 48 individual units (sample-sized packages for snacks) of product. You are welcome to bring multiple flavors and/or package formats, so long as the total number of units for all formats does not exceed 48. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
