Bio
Craig Rashkis, FARWELL RASHKIS, LLP, has been practicing law in California since 2002 representing clients in both litigation and transactional matters. A significant portion of his practice involves the representation of wineries, breweries and distilleries general business and alcohol beverage law matters, such as, startup, day-to-day operations, licensing, advertising and labeling, distribution agreements, and leasing. In addition to his alcohol beverage practice, Craig acts as outside general counsel to different businesses and mediates disputes of various sizes and complexities.
Prior to practicing law, Craig was an accomplished brewer, winning a gold and silver medal in the 1994 Great American Beer Festival while with Boston Beer Works/Slesar Bros. Brewing Company. He was also an apprentice coffee roaster and tea blender with Freed, Teller & Freed, a San Francisco based coffee and tea company. Outside of his law practice, Craig enjoys life with his wife and children as well being involved in the Santa Clara University Law School Alumni Association where he serves as a mentor to law students and recent graduates.
