At Expo East 2022, reporter Adrianne DeLuca sat down with Seal The Seasons CEO Patrick Mateer to discuss the brand’s new smoothie kits and why Mateer believes all natural food brands should be watching the regenerative agriculture movement.

This week’s roundup of notable new products saw a protein brand collaborating with animal-free whey protein producer Perfect Day, a snack company rolling out Thai chili edamame snacking beans and a frozen produce brand offering the “Honeycrisp of strawberries.”

Seal the Seasons’ locally-grown frozen fruit is now available in the Pacific Northwest, hitting the shelves in Safeway-Albertsons Oregon division stores!

Locally-grown fruit from family farms is now available 365 days a year in 24 Whole Foods’ Northeast division stores in New Jersey, New York and Western Connecticut.

In addition to its North Carolina base, the company is rolling out its unique “national/local” model (national brand, product sourced on a local basis) in the Northeast in July, the Pacific Northwest in August, the Midwest in September and the Pacific Southwest in October.
