That's it. is an emerging health food company seeking a full time Director of Sales for the Convenience Channel. This position will cover all accounts in convenience, ranging from national accounts to DSD distributors and independent convenience stores. This position calls for a confident, hungry leader who can solicit sales by cultivating new accounts and ensure That's it. is maintaining and exceeding sales goals. This is a hands on, demanding and fun job that will allow you to learn and grow with a fast paced, driven company.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and sell That's it. products into target convenience accounts nationally.
  • Build and maintain relationships with all decision makers and work with customers to determine needs, stocking issues and effective solutions.
  • Track and report performance and sales goals.
  • Identify new opportunities and create incentive programs geared to motivate retailers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience required (National Account, DSD and Field Sales experience a plus)
  • Travel: 25-35%
  • A driven, tenacious and entrepreneurial personality with a high level of professionalism.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Highly organized with good time management skills and an astute attention to detail.
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Natural industry and/or CPG industry experience with current relationships preferred.
  • College degree preferred.
