Position will entail the following responsibilities:

  • Customer support for National Sales Managers/Regional Sales Managers
  • Maintaining Customer Data Portals with primary reasonability’s of new items, deal management, and compliance
  • Customer Contracts
  • Customer New item forms
  • Maintaining Sales Forecasts with sales team and operations
  • POS and Sample management
  • Customer Contact log through CRM (Keep updated)

Skill Requirements:

  • Communications is critical for this role with multiple internal and external contacts
  • Experience with customer data portals
  • Experience with Nielsen/IRI resources
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Power Point (budget maintenance and presentations)
