Job description

Responsibilities:
-Lead a sales team of 4-10 sales people; creating goals, tasks and being accountable for their results.
-Grow and optimize sales results.
-Manage and plan our marketing systems for current and future brands.
-Create and budget marketing plan.
-Develop and implement sales strategies in accordance with corporate goals in order to exceed expectations in revenue retention/growth, account profitability, and customer satisfaction/loyalty.
-Develop organizational strategies, analysis, and recommendations for sales.
-Ensure objectives align with organizational objectives. Continually evaluate existing processes to determine areas of improvement.
-Manage, select, train, motivate, review, coach,develop and retain a high performance sales team.
-Guide sales efforts of Account Representatives to meet and exceed sales revenue, profit, and/or expense objectives for direct and/or channel sales.
-Guide brand strategy to meet or exceed objectives established for each brand.
-Guide sales efforts of sales support engineers, account representatives, and administrative personnel.
-Develop growth forecasts for entire business unit and/or sales channels to ensure the highest level of service.
-Guide the development of strategic plans to penetrate accounts.

Key Competencies:
-Knowledge of legal cannabis industry is preferred but not required.
-Proven and verifiable track record that demonstrates the ability to negotiate closings and reach or exceed sales goals.
-Proven record of leading a sales team, training sales associates, setting up sales protocols and increasing sales.
-Must have Leadership experience with the demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, develop coach/mentor and manage others.
-Must have excellent written and verbal skills.
-Be results oriented with demonstrated ability to influence and achieve targets successfully.
-Ability to set standards of execution and hold subordinates accountable.
-Be capable of thinking strategically, seeing the broad picture and breaking down complex issues ot their root cause.

5-8 years of management experience
Attend weekly sales meetings in north kitsap.
Maintain high degree of confidentiality at all times.
21 years of age or older.
Must pass criminal background check.
Must own vehicle and have valid drivers license and insurance.
Working knowledge of CRM systems
