Plan, organize, direct, train and motivate diverse workforce in order to optimize operational performance.
Implement TPM principles and processes into existing plant operations to achieve consistency with our TPM requirements and KPI’s.
Identify, analyze and implement cost reduction strategies within a process that does not adversely impact operations.
Develop an understanding of current beverage industry strategies and manufacturing techniques.
Develop a solid understanding and analyze new technologies and processing systems within the beverage industry.
Strong knowledge and demonstrative practice of HAACP/SQG/Bio Terrorism.
Passion for Food Safety and regulatory and audit compliance.
Responsible for food safety.
Responsible for food quality.
Develop and implement plans to improve talent acquisition.
Provide training and mentoring in order to meet department and organization needs.
Align subordinate staff objectives and tasks to our Core Values and Performance metrics.
Mentor and discipline as necessary to ensure compliance with all company policies, practices and procedures.
Maintain effective manpower utilization systems.

Education and Experience
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Operations Management/Industrial Engineering from an accredited college or university is required.
Six to ten years management experience within a manufacturing environment is required. Beverage, food, or pharmaceutical experience is preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of Lean/Lean Six Sigma/Operational Excellence is required.
Leadership experience and developing innovative learning activities is necessary.
Experience with order fulfillment, manufacturing or maintenance management, team development and project management is also required.
Must possess the ability to effectively manage interpersonal relationships across all levels of the organization. Must be able to demonstrate integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency. Must be results driven and possess strong diplomacy and conflict resolution skills. Must possess the ability to respond effectively and appropriately to sensitive inquiries or complaints. Must understand the sensitive nature of the duties and be able to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality. Effective verbal and written skills are essential.
