Position Overview

The Regional Sales and Field Marketing Manager (RSFM) is responsible for direction and implementation of all sales and field marketing activities in the territory for RETHINK Brands. The RSFM is the leader of the territory, managing all regional DSD partnerships and executing all RETHINK Brands sales and field marketing goals. The RSFM also manages all direct reports for both sales and field marketing in the territory.

  • Responsible for all distributor management decisions and route to market with guidance from the President of Sales and Field Marketing
  • Plan and execute annual sales and field marketing goals
  • Implement brand strategy into local planning and focuses resources accordingly
  • Distributor and regional key account management
  • Ability to present the brand and communicate with a variety of audiences
  • Responsible for regional budget management and monthly field reporting
  • Establish and implement successful field marketing programs and materials to increase RETHINK Brands points of distribution and consumer awareness
  • Manage the scheduling and execution of all crew drives and sales/marketing initiatives in the territory

Position Qualifications

  • 5+ years beverage/management experience (distributor and personnel)
  • BS/BA in business or related field
  • Ability to travel
  • Ability to work in a flexible work environment
  • Clear knowledge of the territory
  • Must be physically able to lift 25lbs
  • Salary commensurate with experience
