Dirty Hands is a fast growing, dynamic store-level brand support group working within the natural food space. We are in search of motivated self starters with prior retail experience to assist in the growth of new and established regions. Retail activities include, but are not limited to surveying, merchandising, and contract sales. 

All candidates must have exceptional communication skills, retail experience, along with a work ethic and "of service" mentality that builds long lasting relationships among our teams, brand partners, and retail partners. They must be opportunity seekers with a firm understanding of store level support.


Team Management: Including, but not limited to training, motivating, setting objectives, ensuring accountability of teams in the field.

Brand Management: Must curate positive and mutually supportive relationships with our brand partners. Frequent communication, both formally and informally, are required.

In-Market Development: Must maintain a presence within the market and among the key in-store and supplier personnel.

Business Development: Collaboration with executive team on new initiatives and improving execution.  


- Prior management experience - grocery teams, sales organizations 

- Sales experience

- Experience contributing effectively on teams 

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Well organized, self-starting, disciplined
