The Field Marketing Manager is the face of High Brew Coffee and the brand champion in their home market.  They are equal parts leader, planner and executor – always with the goal of building brand awareness and velocity through trial activities.  

Essential Functions and Responsibilities 

- Recruit, hire, train and lead team of brand ambassadors; coaching and working alongside in the field

- Act as the steward of High Brew Coffee in focus market, researching and implementing trial activities that contribute to building strong product awareness, brand affinity and conversion to purchase

- Work closely with sales counterparts to develop and implement retail support strategy  

- Oversee retail demos and events, ensuring High Brew Coffee over delivers on instore commitments

- Build strong relationships with key individuals, organizations and groups that lead to new events and sampling opportunities in market

- Facilitate strategic occasion sampling activities, ensuring we reach consumers when and where they are most in need of natural energy

- Build relationships with local influencers to deepen the High Brew Coffee connection and gain brand advocates  

- Firm understanding of brand strategy, sufficient to translate into sampling tactics and programming

- Inventory management and reporting

- Ensure budget protocols

- Timely reporting which measures delivery against market goals

Education and Experience  

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
