Join our Team
Milton’s Local is seeking to hire a dynamic and energetic regional sales executive to spearhead our growth on the East Coast. The role is a combination of outbound + inbound sales. The position is full time. If you are the driven self-starting sales leader that will take this territory to the next level, we look forward to hearing from you!

Major Responsibilities:

  • Grocery : Primary responsibility is to grow the sales of our bacon + bacon sausage in natural food + specialty food grocery stores.
  • Foodservice : Spearhead the growth of our all-natural meat products among large foodservice accounts, such as universities and hospitals.
  • Restaurant: Maintain our high-end restaurant accounts, as well as grow sales of our product lines among regional chain restaurants.
  • Distributors: Grow and manage commercial relationships among distributors, including negotiating pricing agreements + any applicable promotions.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years grocery sales experience.
  • 2+ years experience selling perishables.
  • Strong computer skills including Excel, Quickbooks + CRM software.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a strategic thinker, innovative planner, and relationship builder.
  • Flexibility (we are a start-up)!
  • Valid driver’s license with ability to travel.
  • Strong interest in natural and/or specialty foods.
  • Hard working + self motivated.
